Romana Pizza from the Cheese Factory
After visiting a small cheese factory in her town, my grandmother selected 3 types of cheese to taste for the pizza: mozzarella, dor bleu and montegrappa. Then, after preparing the cheese sauce, she created a new masterpiece, calling it "Romana Pizza from the Cheese Factory".
